Seventh-day adventists are not brethren

Seventh-day adventists are not brethren, they are self condemned and warped apostates that must repent. If any of Gods children have been seduced by their adulteries they should be warned and commanded to come out from among them.

Or do you not know, brethren (for I speak to those who know the law), that the law has dominion over a man as long as he lives? For the woman who has a husband is bound by the law to her husband as long as he lives. But if the husband dies, she is released from the law of her husband. So then if, while her husband lives, she marries another man, she will be called an adulteress; but if her husband dies, she is free from that law, so that she is no adulteress, though she has married another man. Therefore, my brethren, you also have become dead to the law through the body of Christ, that you may be married to another—to Him who was raised from the dead, that we should bear fruit to God. For when we were in the flesh, the sinful passions which were aroused by the law were at work in our members to bear fruit to death. But now we have been delivered from the law, having died to what we were held by, so that we should serve in the newness of the Spirit and not in the oldness of the letter. What shall we say then? Is the law sin? Certainly not! On the contrary, I would not have known sin except through the law. For I would not have known covetousness unless the law had said, “You shall not covet.” Romans 7:1-7 NKJV

This is a faithful saying, and these things I want you to affirm constantly, that those who have believed in God should be careful to maintain good works. These things are good and profitable to men. But avoid foolish disputes, genealogies, contentions, and strivings about the law; for they are unprofitable and useless. Reject a divisive man after the first and second admonition, knowing that such a person is warped and sinning, being self-condemned. Titus 3:8-11 NKJV

So let no one judge you in food or in drink, or regarding a festival or a new moon or sabbaths, which are a shadow of things to come, but the substance is of Christ. Collosians 2:17-18 NKJV

But now after you have known God, or rather are known by God, how is it that you turn again to the weak and beggarly elements, to which you desire again to be in bondage? You observe days and months and seasons and years. I am afraid for you, lest I have labored for you in vain. Galatians 4:9-11 NKJV

  1. Mark says:

I would like to hear from you what it is about the SDA that make you think this way… I watched the video and it seemed to go the way of their thinking… keeping the Sabbath holy… I know they believe that Saturday as opposed to Sunday is the Sabbath, but these are man-made days and I don’t believe that Jesus really cares… am I wrong?

  2. Jim says:

The 7th day “church” teaches that anyone who gathers for corporate worship on Sunday instead of Saturday is aligning themelves with anti-christ and are receiving the mark of the beast. We are free to gather on Saturday if we are fully pursuaded in our own mind to do so, but if we judge another, such as saying Sunday worship is the mark of the beast, then we are self condemned and warped sinners whose mouths should be shut according to the Apostle Paul. 7th day adventists are such, they travel land and sea to make “converts” that are two fold children of hell. Not stopping there, they also seek to slip into the body of Christ and bring Gods people back into bondage to the weak and beggerly elements (the letter) of the law which Christ has delivered His people from.

Jesus only cares that we are fully pursuaded in our own mind if we choose to worship on a certain day and that we neither judge others on the matter nor think we are rightouss for “keeping the law”. I put that in quotes because 7th dayers do not actually keep the old covanent sabbath, they merely decieve themselves into keeping a pretense of it and are thus self condemned sinners who are damned by the law they claim to keep.

I personally am fully pursuaded that Christ is our Sabbath rest and so I have no problem meeting weekly on Tuesday, Saturday, or any other day. I would not judge you if you thought we should meet on Sunday or any other day though, and would agree to that day out of brotherly love and to avoid defiling your conscience by causing you to go against your convictions. It’s when someone start teaching that I will recieve the mark of the beast or that I am sinning by not keeping a certain day (law) that they are to be silenced and considered enemies of Jesus Christ who must repent.

    In Christ – Jim

Btw – the 7th day is a cult like JW’s, built on false prophets and destined to be overthrown by Jesus Christ and the splendor of His coming. It is MUCH more then there absurd sabbath “keeping” rule. You can google more info on them.
